If you look back at Akutagawa’s expression above^, you’ll see that he has an expression very similar to Fukuzawa. Using these parallels (generations of SKK, Tripartite Tactic) Kunikida is probably going to have a purpose more important than just uniting the Agency.Īnd there’s one last, perhaps very important thing. In this official art, Natsume is pointing to Akutagawa with virtually the same posture as Dazai is to Kunikida. (He’s one of the only ones without hands in the picture, so he probably hasn’t been healed yet.)īut here, as Dazai is pointing to Kunikida, something tells me he’s going to be a key piece in whatever plan he’s got laid out. Kunikida looking to Yosano is very obviously for healing him. Here, Dazai (with a knowing expression) points to Kunikida, who looks to Yosano (who may or may not be pointing at Kyouka but I doubt it). Just so that you don’t have to scroll all the way up again here’s the thing: He’s also not an average by any means- and in many hints. My bet is that something centered about Kenji is going to happen in this arc. I don’t have enough evidence to make it into an entire post, but it’s so off for Kenji to just be some happy-go-lucky character when everyone else is twisted or dark in some way. Whether or not it’s been mentioned so far, though, Kenji definitely has had some secret that Asagiri hasn’t revealed yet. Was this hawk an allusion to something in his past? If so, I don’t recall it having any significance. But it reminds me of the other official art where he had a hawk: So I decided I might share some observations about this beautiful work of art above. I didn’t see anyone else point these out (if you did, I sincerely apologize). (how wonderfully timely of me to do this now, literally months later.)Īnyways.
